Component

Main body: special aluminum alloy material, forging process, surface tin plating treatment, plating layer> 7μm
Torque bolt: processed by CNC lathe, with higher precision
Intermediate baffle: The product is divided into oil blocking type and non-blocking type. Only the oil blocking type has a baffle.
Beading: starting from BSM-500/630, the connecting pipe does not have beading

Installation

No special tools are required;

Only one socket wrench is required to complete the installation;

Including proving a tab;

The graded torque-double scissors head bolts are designed to ensure reliable and secure contact;

We recommend the use of a support tool (see accessories) to prevent bending of the conductor;

Each connector head or cable lug has a separate mounting instruction.

How to cut cables correctly

When installing the splice connector, be sure to insert the wire completely into the tube hole: there is no gap between the cable  and the splice connector
